Tenant Screening and selection

Our team makes sure that we properly place each tenant in the right apartment. Before we show any apartment to a possible tenant, we require that they fill out an application. Our applications evaluate each tenant based on credit score, criminal background, employment verification, and rental history.


Regular Evaluations

Each time that a tenant moves out from a property we go and inspect each corner of the apartment to make sure that it is up to code for the next tenants to move in. We also inspect to make sure that each tenant complied with their lease before returning any of their security deposit back to them. We also search for anything that could possibly provide a future tenant issues.


Cost Effective and Reliable Maintenance

Keeping up with maintenance on each building is the most necessary expense for each customer. We have a very skilled maintenance team that works to fix each issue in the most effective way and the least expensive way. In addition we partner with local vendors who provide us with discounted materials and equipment; which helps with minimizing your maintenance expense.


Strict and compliant evictions

Even though we take the time to carefully place each tenant in the right home, there is still occasionally a tenant who needs to be evicted. Our staff is very knowledgable on the state laws and local landlord and tenant laws that must be followed. When an issue occurs and a tenant needs to be evicted, our property management office takes the right steps to minimize your costs of evicting a tenant and getting the property rented again as soon as possible.

Our goal is to maximize your income and minimize your expenses. To keep track of your income and expenses we use a centralized accounting system. This all-inclusive accounting and reporting system, backed with itemized statements and tax documentation, keeps all your property management financial information organized in one place.

Our marketing team works to make sure that each property is being solicited on several different high traffic apartment rental sites. We make sure that we get each vacant apartment rented as soon as possible so that our customers are not losing money. Our professional marketing team works around the clock to respond to each interested renter in a timely manner.
